Great experience, were able to get a same day appointment for extensions and art. Amazing quality and very fast. The staff is so so nice :)

Very disappointing experience — poor workmanship and misleading information- Never Visit I paid $85 for this nail service, and the result was unacceptable. Several nails were visibly bent and uneven, the product was not applied properly near the cuticles, and the cat-eye design did not move or create the effect I requested. The overall finish looked rushed and unprofessional. The removal process was also painful and uncomfortable. The technician repeatedly ran the drill onto my skin while removing the previous extensions. I did not complain immediately, but after seeing the final result, I contacted the salon. I was told to return so another technician could fix the problems because they would not issue a refund. After taking more time to go back, I was then told I would need to pay an additional $45 to correct mistakes made during the original appointment. This was not explained before I returned. It was a complete waste of my time, and the communication was misleading. Customers should not be expected to pay extra to correct poor workmanship, especially after being specifically asked to return for a fix. I have included photos showing the bent shape, the gaps around the cuticles, and the uneven finish. I cannot recommend this salon based on the quality of the work, the lack of professionalism, and the way my complaint was handled.

I had my nails done by Zubee and I absolutely loved, I hardly recommend this place and her! I got there with my baby, (it was not rush hours, there was no line) the guy who was there told me they were closing, although it was 5ish and on google it says it closes at 7 pm. (He said normally at 7 pm but today we are closing now). But after I set down to have my nails done by Zubee, he got another client himself. I understand him, I had my baby with me, I know it takes longer to do the clients nails once they have one hand full. But as soon as Zubee saw me she said she would do it, and I really appreciate that. She did it perfectly, she was extremely patient and kind. As a new mom, I’m very happy, I can’t remember when it was the last time I had my nails done. Thank you Zubee, if you’re reading that, I wish you the best clients and huge tips! You deserve the best. You made my day!

An affordable downtown nail salon! I come here every couple weeks and it’s nice to be able to get my nails done at a reasonable price by some lovely folks. That said, you’re definitely getting what you pay for! I almost always have to wait 20 minutes (with an appt) and sometimes leave with some kinda wonky nails. But for the price, I don’t think there’s a better spot in the city!
